The Pima County Consolidated Justice Court recognizes the importance of open government
and cooperating responsibly with our justice partners. This website is provided
for federal, state, tribal or local government entities, and private organizations
serving a public purpose in accordance with Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona,
Rule 123. Public Access to the Judicial Records of the State of Arizona, subsection
(g)(1)(B). The terms of access have been set in a memorandum of understanding between
the Court and our justice partners that includes safeguarding the confidentiality
of any closed records.
Our court records are maintained in accordance with Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona, Rule 29.
Court Records, subsections (A) and (D). Court records may be destroyed in accordance with approved
minimum retention and disposition schedules. Court records include any documentary material,
regardless of physical form or characteristic, such as information maintained in a case management
system that may be used to reproduce a document and any other case related data, including a
photographic or electronic reproduction or image substituted for the original.
